ASR Honors List- October 2020 Round Table

It used to be a tradition that, at each round table, we gave awards in recognition of outstanding play, be it writing, or just general contributions to the club. I'm going to take a hopefully fun and a bit irreverent take as I bring back this tradition.
The pictures are a new twist.
- The Rip Van Winkle Award for the writer to return to the club after the longest absence: Michael Groner, 19 years.
- The Maxwell Q. Klinger Award for an insane sense of humor and raising the spirits of the crew goes to Nel Haggis.
- The Samwise Gamgee Award goes to Juan Angel Romero. His keen spirit and belief in the core values of this club kept it going in some of its darkest days. Without his tireless work, there might not have been a club to see the revitalization of the last few months.
- And, lastly, the Sergeant Reckless award for the Biggest Workhorse of the Club: Sean Murphy. Sean writes on all 4 units of the club and still manages to write more often than many of us who write for one.
