The USS RADIANCE is a new Brilliance-class Exploration Heavy Cruiser (CA) under construction at Shipyard 23-B. The Brilliance-class CA has the latest systems all across the board; from weapons, shields, propulsion and sensors to computers, labs and even shuttle crafts. As a general duty heavy cruiser and long range explorer, the RADIANCE is expected to take on a wide range of missions.
