The USS Radiance is a new Brilliance-class Exploration Heavy Cruiser (CA)
The Brilliance-class CA has the latest systems all across the board; from weapons, shields, propulsion and sensors to computers, labs and even shuttle crafts.
The Sagan is operating as a small unit but open to new players.
