CINCSF Welcome

Welcome, once more, assembled delegates, to a new session of the
Alt.StarFleet.RPG Round Table.  The October 1999 session has full
participation with 35 seats.  There is also one observers on this list.

Chris Aubrey will be serving as acting RT Secretary.

I ask that the secretary present the roll to the RT.  Once that is done, I
will close the roll, after which no additions, deletions, substitutions or
other changes can be made to the roll.

In addition to the roll, the Secretary should also present the docket. At
this point, there is one proposals on the docket as new business. There is
also one proposal on the docket as old business.  This RT will also hold a
confirmation vote for the new Secretary.

Additional proposals may be submitted and added to the docket.  They must
be submitted to both the player holding the chair, and the player acting
as secretary at the time of submittal. They also must be submitted before
a motion to adjourn has carried the floor.

And then, some practical instructions:

This list automatically adds the prefix [ASR RT], so only a normal title
is required as the subject line.

Make sure your postings do not include binaries, html, any kind of
encoding or anything that makes reading your postings bothersome. Use
plain text.

Sign your postings so that there can be no ambiguity as to who is writing
on behalf of what unit.
