Simply to give people time to voice their opinions, comments or suggestions. Plus, I thought Armin's idea ought to have been allowed some discussion time. Oh yeah, one other thing. I meant no sarcasm in my last post about the "Rules of Order" Now that I re-read it I can see that it could have been interpreted as such.
