A motion to begin voting on Fleet Admiral Millers Proposal has been
seconded. The Chair puts the question. Voting on Proposal 70218-1 will
commence immediately and close on March 29, 1995 at midnight, est.

P.S. It was not my intention to drag my feet on this. Simply to give 
people time to voice their opinions, comments or suggestions. Plus, I 
thought Armin's idea ought to have been allowed some discussion time.   
Oh yeah, one other thing. I meant no sarcasm in my last post about the 
"Rules of Order" Now that I re-read it I can see that it could have been 
interpreted as such.
