Dear Delegates and fellow players,

Welcome to the October 2025 Round Table.

We gather once again to share our thoughts and ideas for the Club, as the season turns and the shadows of Winter draw near.

As in previous years, this session will be conducted under the informal Small Club rules, which grant every member both voice and vote. Invitations were sent to all currently subscribed players approximately two weeks ago. The Small Club rules allow the celebration of the RT without a quorum, but I am pleased to note that we have sufficient Delegates present to conduct a formal Round Table if needed.

In the interest of inclusivity, I propose that the roll remain open for the duration of this Round Table, as has been customary in recent sessions. Should anyone become aware of a member who has not received their invitation, please advise the Chair or Secretary so that a copy may be sent without delay.

To proceed efficiently, the Chair now respectfully requests that the Secretary present the current roll and the agenda for this session.

Members are reminded that new business may be added to the agenda while the Round Table remains in session. A petition to the Secretary or the Chair will suffice for inclusion at the appropriate time.
