WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER

Dear Delegates and fellow players,

Welcome to the October 2024 Round Table!

Once again we gather to put our advances, doubts and ideas about the Club and try to create a better playing environment.

As previous sessions, we will be following the Small Club rules that allow any member to have a voice and vote. All currently subscribed players were sent an invitation some two weeks ago. While the Small Club rules allow for the celebration of a session without the need of a quorum, we have enough Delegates to even conduct a formal RT. In any case, I'd like to extend the period of the roll to the whole duration of the RT as in previous years, so if you think someone hasn't received the invite, please let us know so we can send it again.

With all this, and for the sake of following the proper Procedures, the Chair respectfully asks the Secretary to present the current Roll and the Agenda for this session.

Please remember that any point can be added to the agenda as new business while we are still in session, you just have to present a petition to the Secretary or the Chair for inclusion at the proper slot.
