CSFO's REPORT

Dear colleagues,

In these past six months, we have experienced a rollercoaster ride in our units. While we have welcomed new talents, we have also seen some of our most outstanding writers and beloved colleagues depart. This ebb and flow of arrivals and farewells has left us with a bittersweet taste.

Moreover, it is evident that the number of written messages has not been consistent during this period. We have observed moments of creative explosion, where words flowed easily and enthusiastically, contrasted with other moments of calm, where activity seemed to stagnate. This variability in message production challenges us to reflect on how we can foster more regular and consistent participation among our members.

It is crucial that we focus on retaining our talented writers, who have significantly contributed to the richness and diversity of our works. Each departure represents a loss for our community.

Likewise, we must continue the recruitment task to welcome new members who can bring new perspectives and fresh energy to our group.

Furthermore, we must work on maintaining a steady pace of messages in our units. Consistency in communication and exchange of ideas is essential to keep the flame of creativity and commitment alive in our club.

I sincerely appreciate the effort and dedication of each one of you on this shared journey. Let's continue working together to strengthen our community and keep writing stories that inspire and connect us.

Thank you all.
