RT2404- CINCSF Welcome

WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER

Dear all,

Welcome, fellow players, to the StarFleet Round Table, April 2024, where we will get together from our mundane tasks and talk and discuss about the Club affairs.

We are still going to apply the Small Club rules, which means that every member of the Club will be able to attend and have a voice and vote during this RT. This means we don't necessarily need any kind of quorum, but having the most number of players is always nice. I would also like to have the roster open until the end of the session so players may be able to join us as the days go by.

In any case, the Chair respectfully asks the Secretary to perform the initial Roll Call and present the Agenda for this session.

If any member wishes to add an item to the Agenda, please communicate with the Secretary or the Chair to get it included.
