Greetings,

Once more, it's Round Table time, this year at the proverbial last minute, my apologies.

This is the Roll Call, I'll be creating a Poll, like in years past so you can confirm your participation.

Following the previous years custom, and considering the overlap in functions of several members, we will have the participation of all members to discuss the issues that pertain to ASR. As such, there's no need to designate a separate unit representative and, therefore, their listing is merely formal.

I'm setting up a poll, so you can confirm via poll or by letting me know (until a Secretary is designated) and we'll confirm you as well.

Please excuse the rush, we will probably leave the confirmation period open for some days, so everybody has the opportunity to check in, and start with the business by Monday, 3th, which is the first working day.
