Hello everyone.

April is here and we are well underway for another RT.

There is very little I can add to what Jeff has already said. We have been seeing the slow decline for years, and to be honest, I don't know what we could do to end that decline except to continue to support the leadership teams and ships we have at the moment as best we can.

We are certainly open to ideas on how to bring fresh blood in, and to spur the creativity of the players we have, but it is challenging to grow from where we currently are.

If there are any thoughts or suggestions I am open to talking about it. I agree with our esteemed CINCSF, there is lots of new Trek but that hasn't translated into numbers. Our history is quite dated now, so that adds another challenge.

The numbers are easy to translate. 2 active ships. Not much else going on.
