CSFO Report

Ladies and gentlemen.

What more can I say then what has already been said in our CINCSFs excellent and informative report.

I know we have had several rough years, but this last year, I have watched with cautious optimism that perhaps we can find our way into the future.

There have been a few ups and downs, but I appreciate the enthusiasm of all the rpers in all of our units who have been writing again. Well done to all of you and welcome back to a handful of old friends!

The two proposals that Jeff has for us to muse over and discuss I think are a necessary discussion.

As for the rest, since Jeff tossed his in first, I will second his words, and call upon "the next orders of business are the formal acceptance and closure of the roll, the CSFO Report <done>, the Secretary's posting of the Rules and Procedures."
