CINCSF's Report

Dear friends

During these last months, since the last RT, we have had very little activity, around 4 or 5 messages per month. In a group with 15 members, it's almost like we' re standing still.

This problem was already discussed in the last RT and as CinCSF and CO I have been unable to manage to maintain that ratio of messages per month and have not been able to get you to write or participate in the mission. Of course, this is all my fault and my mistake.

I think the most important thing is to get a story, a frame, where we can write together and have the motivation to do so. Unfortunately, I have been unable to achieve this.

This RT should focus on how to get that message rate up. How to make that all of as  want to write again and consistently. Until we do that, the only messages we'll write regularly are the RTs and the Christmas wishes.
