Assembled Delegates,

The Chair calls the October 2012 session of the ASR Round Table to order.

The Chair requests the Secretary to step forth and post the current
roster for the Delegates to confirm. It shall be followed with the
agenda, to which any additions to it can be made by emailing it to the
Secretary and the Chair.

The Chair respectfully reminds all Delegates that messages sent to the
board should be in plain text format. They should have a clear subject
line describing the general contents of the post, and be signed with
your name and unit.
