Assembled Delegates,

It is my duty and pleasure, to report to you, our posting rate in this
period is significantly higher than the same period last year.
Only one month came in slightly lower than the previous year.

Our current membership stands at 170 Members.
Our membership for the 10-04 meeting was 138


In the last six months, the office of CSFO has sent 11 new officers to
Billets with in the fleet.
We are also happy to welcome back several returning players to our ranks
!
