B.  Background Summary:

Brought up in a caring, close relationship with her large family. Did quite well in her schooling on Denobula. Always had a hankering for medicine like Phelim and Natala. She applied to and was accepted into the Starfleet Academy in 2410. Some of her family didn’t like the idea but most thought it was a great one. Right after graduating from the Academy with a major in Psychology and Pre-Med/Pre-Counseling in 2414, she applied to Starfleet Medical Academy. She was accepted to SFMA in 2415, majoring in a Doctors of Medicine degree. Lenara graduated with Honors from the Academy and Medical Academy. She earned a promotion to Lt Commander, but due to some semi-constant minor to severe disciplinary issues concerning some fellow male students and the Denobulan pheromones and mating season while at the Academies, she was finally court marshaled down to LtJg near the end of her Medical Academy training. Court Marshaled for culpable negligence since she knew when mating season occurs 
 resulting in release of her pheromones, causing some of her fellow male students to fight/strike each other to the point of severe injuries. After she graduated, she was sent to Orestes Station for her duty station as CMO.

Curious, friendly, love to learn, excellent mediator/negotiator, very social. Learned to be tolerant of Antarans and not truly hate them like most Denobulans do. Think of her as a female version of Dr. Phlox.

Had taken SFA courses in Basic and Advanced hand-to-hand combat, Anatomical & Forensic Pathology, Anthropology, Early Starfleet History, Exobiology/Xenobiology, Exochemistry, Forensic Psychology, Earth History, Interspecies Ethics, Interspecies Protocol, Intrasystem Peacekeeping Operations, Klingon Physiology, Organic Chemistry, Survival Strategies, and a Emergency Medical Course among others of necessity for her degrees.

VI.  Recent Fitness Report

Coming into the Academy, Lenara surprised me at how fit she was. She used to play a few sports as she was growing up on Denobula. Martial Arts, softball, volleyball, and track and field were her favorites. When she came to the Academy and took the physical fitness tests, she ranked in the top 15%. She joined various sports clubs. Her physical fitness helped her maintain her mental focus and stability while taking some difficult courses. She always went to her counselor/mentor when something was bothering her. To her, talking to another person always helped her work through her problems, being able to get a second opinion and/or to bounce an idea or problem off them in order to help her solve it herself. After her first year, she became a mentor to help others with thier issues and ideas.

VII.  Psychological Profile

Lenara is a brilliant, wonderful Denobulan woman. She is quite articulate and not afraid to speak up when she deems is necessary.  She has quite the understanding about various species in a phychological and medical sense. She works well with others and is direct and willing to take charge, which will help her in her career, or take orders when needed. Her love to help people feel better, both emotionally and physically, makes her perfect and a ship's counselor and Chief Medical Officer. Her medical knowldege coming into the Academy helped her easily make Red Squadron all four years as well as a great tutor to her fellow students. She would be the perfect leader, teacher, counselor, and doctor.

She loves to read about various topics of interest, talk to other people to learn about them and their species, music and singing, learn about sports and how to treat their injuries, play sports on occasion.
