B. Background Summary:
----------------------

P'Nerow (pronounced, roughly, as if written PehNErow, with an
almost mute 'e' after the explosive P and stress on the 'Ne')
is a rather typical Caitian. Intelligent, ingenious,
resourceful, loyal, the usual traits of Caitians are all there.
Despite his fierce aspect, he has worked most of his life in 
saving lives and providing better quality of life to many
species within the Federation and beyond.

His character changed after his service during the Dominion War,
where he was deployed as a freshly minted LT as field Paramedic to
Caitian troops, usually deployed to confront the Jem'Hadar. His
usually reserved personality became even more closed, which
explains his late couplings, at ages rather uncommon for Caitians.

Like most Caitians, he enjoys arts and is an excellent dancer,
both the social and the dancesport varieties, being Ballroom Dance
(standard) champion for his three years in the Academy with his
Orion female partner (she was the third Orion to join Starfleet).

From his family, especially Elder K'Orr, he also inherited a
great love for gardening and agriculture.

He has conducted several First Contact missions and his greatest
achievement was to stop the Kallyrian Civil war and manage a
peace treaty. He also achieved great honors during the Second Battle
of Gamma, managing to protect two other starships and evacuate a
third one before she finally blew up.

Brilliant tactician and master strategist, to his regret, he has
seen more violent situations than any living Caitian and has
managed to keep his mind in the process.

He is stern but approachable. Usually sparing in words, he is very
goal-oriented, patient to an almost unbearable degree and stubborn
as nobody else.

a strong accent that some have compared to Irish or Scottish, depending on
the listener.

Caitians are very expressive with their tails. This is a list of telling
moves to express emotions:
