Torenn's father was a aide of Ambassador Spock, when he went to Romulus with him in 2368. There, he met a Romulan who was working in the government as an aide. Though her boss eventually betrayed Spock, Devil would warn them, but too late, to do anything. Eventually, when this movement fell through, Devil would defect to the Federation with Sarinn, eventually settling on Baradas III, a world near the Romulan Neutral Zone. | |||
When Torenn was a child, the Borg invaded the Romulan Empire, assimilating countless people. While his mother never talked about her time with the Romulans, Torenn knew that it had an effect on her. | |||
