Instructions for Use

Simply highlight and copy the template below, and then copy it it into Notepad or some other plain text editor. You can then fill in the blanks and save it to your own computer for future use.

Submission Instructions

If you are creating a character for submission into ASR, please copy your finished character bio directly into the body of an e-mail and send it the Bureau of Personnel, otherwise known as BUPERS.

Please make sure you note at the top if the bio form whether you are submitting your very first ASR character, if you are a returning veteran, or if you are an existing player submitting another character request.

Specific Requests for Assignment

If you are looking to create a character specifically for a certain unit, make sure you note this under "Destination" at the top of the bio form.
