The Order of the Half Pip is given to the officer that holds the distinction of serving as the Circe's OPS/2O. The half pip is transferred from officer to officer, never leaving the ship and will continue to be passed on as long as the Circe is in service with the United Federation of Planets.
At present, the owner of this distinctive half-pip is LCDR Tigria Mistaya.
