Background:
Born into the ruling Teer’s tribe on Capella IV, life was challenging and made worse by his families decisions to serve in Starfleet. He had the same mind for machines and technology that set his family apart from the rest of their Tribe.
Despite his mind, he still learned all the Capellan martial skills that were expected and relished in combat, but nothing soothed his spirit like tinkering with technology. He was accepted to the Capellan Technical Institute and excelled in his hands on work, but struggled with the theoretical side. This weakness kept him in the lower potions of his class.
Accepted into Starfleet Academy, thanks in part to the efforts of his family and an old family friend, Master Chief Chance Gamble. He was the first in his family to graduate as an Officer and proved his innate ability to scrounge parts and cobble together patches to make almost anything work. His motto is, “If I can see it I can make it work.”
He tweaked sensor arrays and all sorts of systems on Outpost 17A and even did brief stints helping out the other listening posts and stations. He built quite a reputation quickly.
Once he learned of the Great Bird incident and the trouble on Orestes, he requested an immediate transfer to that station which was reluctantly granted. Upon arrival he ran into none other than his old family friend and role model, the newly retired Master Chief Chance Gamble.
The two along with their odd Security and Tactical Chief, set to work scrounging and “acquiring” the materials they needed to handle everything that faced them one by one.
