B. Background Summary:
Born in the city of Ra'tleihfi on Romulus, to the prominent house of Khev. His parents gave him the name Terrh i-Ra'tleihfi tr'Khev during the Nimaz (Right of Naming). He was taught in the Virtues of the Way, as all Romulan children are under the Way of D'era. During his time at the Imperial Academy he fell into the group of followers who had adopted the way of life layed out by Ambassador Spock. It was from this that Terrh saw the error of the ways of the empire, and began to believe that to save the empire they must embrace their Vulcan cousins. Shunned by the great house of Khev for expressing these beliefs, he was forced into exile before the Tal Shiar caught word of one of their own expressing "seditious opinions". He left Romulan space to live on Earth.
