Lieutenant St. Clair is a generally unhappy individual, and his recent pass-over (in his eyes)
for promotion to Chief of Security on the Constellation is not helping his mood.  He is an 
efficient manager, good at keeping the trains running on time and managing the day-to-day 
of an office, which is part of what accounts for the last Chief appointing him Deputy, but he is 
not an inspiring leader.  He is also the most senior Lieutenant in the Security department, 
and clearly is aware of this.  He is highly detail-oriented and appreciates organization.  While 
combat is not his favorite part of the job, his lanky frame disguises excellent marksmanship 
and lightning reflexes, so while he is often not the strongest in a fight, he can be the quickest.  
He has a good relationship with those he works with, who respect his ability to get things 
done within the department, even if he is not the most outgoing individual.

St. Clair is the sort of person who is really never happy about anything.  He is a capable officer,
but feels as though he never gets his due, and this comes through in his attitude.

Lieutenant Sparks is incredibly dedicated to Starfleet and her service as a security officer.  
Like many officers she finds thrill in starfleet service, and while she is a redshirt, she is an 
explorer at heart.  She has a very inquisitive mind and is not afraid to ask questions, which 
sometimes gets her in trouble with her superiors.  She has moved up through the ranks 
relatively quickly because of her dedication and excellent work ethic.  She makes up for her 
height with plenty of strength and speed and many of her male counterparts have learned 
this the hard way.  Her quick wit and unending energy have earned her the nickname 
Sparky among her colleagues on the Constellation, though that has yet to reach her ears.  
She has a good rapport with both officers and enlisted, and has earned the respect of many 
of her shipmates over the course of her career.  She's known to work hard and play hard, 
though the playing hard has earned her a few reprimands as well.

and through, and has made her way up in spite of any preconceptions others might have

Erica Kowalski is the god daughter of John Jacob Astor, daughter of MCPO Max Kowalski 
and Ti Ling Mei Kowalski. She excels at all things electronic and specializes in the hardware 
and software associated with the on board communications systems of the starship.
Her mother Ti Ling Mei, is a priestess of the captial shrine of Shinto Tao on New Nippon in 
the Iotian system. Her father is CMC of space station K-19.
