The SFSECIS Director in Charge (DIC) reports to the UFP Secretary of Star Fleet (SECFLEET), who has oversight of all Service operations. The SECFLEET serves as chair of the Federation Joint Intelligence Committee (FJIC), the composition of which includes the Directors of SFSECIS and OSFI, COMJAG, CSFMC, and CSFO.
