The Flag Staff occupies a small force onboard SAIKAI. They are in charge of all Marines on SAIKAI, as well as the Marines stationed aboard the Station. This comprises of basically an entire Division spread between the ships, and as a result, the Divisional Headquarters are stationed at SAIKAI in the Flag Office section.
