+washed out of Starfleet Academy in his third semester. It is rumored this was
+due to a tryst involving an officer instructor, two female cadets and Jorge in
+a training shuttle in orbit above Mars. Jorge is charged with the maintenance
+details aboard Constellation. His crews clean the companionways, maintain
