| William grew up a mix of a Starfleet and academics brat having
| |
| both a parent mixed up in the command operations of SF, especially
| |
| out on the edge of the fleets operations, including black ops on
| |
| occasion. Staying with his mother on earth most of the time,
| |
| William understood the need for the absence that service brought
| |
| between Capt. Saracen and his family, but also the need to learn
| |
| from his mother. Aiming to emulate both, and following his
| |
| voracious appetite for engines, he threw himself into his studies
| |
| both at high school and at the academy.
| |
|
| |
| Excelling in his classes and his willingness to serve.
| |
| Exemplified by his strong service aboard the Agamemnon and his
| |
| assignment to SFA to teach the newest engineers of the SF Fleet.

| He is primarily a loner, not really wishing to become too close
| |
| to anyone, allowing him to not feel the constant heartache he
| |
| felt with the absence of his father.
