A motion to begin voting on Fleet Admiral Millers Proposal has been seconded. The Chair puts the question. Voting on Proposal 70218-1 will commence immediately and close on March 29, 1995 at midnight, est.

Plus, I thought Armin's idea ought to have been allowed some discussion time. Oh yeah, one other thing. I meant no sarcasm in my last post about the "Rules of Order" Now that I re-read it I can see that it could have been interpreted as such.
