What is ASR: ORIGINS?

Alt.StarFleet.RPG: ORIGINS (or ASR: ORIGINS) is a shared-fiction, play-by-e-mail role-playng game. Using email, ORIGINS players create an interactive fiction universe based on the 2009Star Trek movie in the year 2260. Players create characters and, along with other players, develop stories set around the classic Constitution-class starships of the era, and the various beings that inhabit both. ORIGINS, founded in 2009, has grown to 5 role-playing units, involving around 40 players. It continues to grow and prosper.
