Notes:

The ADVENTURE-class continues the design philosophy that smaller
can be more, blurring even more then line between Cruisers and
Destroyers. In some ways a smaller sister to the EUROPA-class, the
ADVENTURE-class ships are less armed but better prepared to adapt
to new situations. It's well suited for a long list of tasks and
mission profiles and its 'multimission cartridge' allows for further
specialization with a fraction of the cost of a MMPod. The improvement
in automatisms also helps to keep the crew in the lower numbers.

The MMCartridge is inserted into the upper primary hull, about
midship, and can provide extra computing power, additional living
quarters, sensors and weapons, as needed. This system still requires
to be changed in a Spacedock, but provides a very compact solution
that integrates well with the spaceframe and doesn't compromise the
hull tension as much as an additional pylon and pod. The standard
MMC provides basic computing power to enhance the sensors, but more
advanced MMCs provide their own energy sources. The insertion bay is
roughly 10 x 50m² in surface and 7m deep, not counting the connecting
struts, power and comm interfaces and airlocks to the accessing deck
(deck 3).

The new ILN-70x nacelles have improved Warp coils using a systems
of multiple concentrical layers that provide an improved thermal
reaction, softer acceleration curves and finer control in the local
manifold deformation. Dedicated computer nodes, gathering information
in real time, are able to calculate the Warp bubble geometry tensor
at triple the frequency and almost ten times as precisely as older
models. This allows for faster speeds with less energy expenditure,
allowing for faster, longer Warp travels.

The new Radiation Phase Shields allow for much faster D-Warp speeds
than before. The gravitic-plane dyamic drive provides excellent
maneuverability and accelerations. The IDF generators have been
improved and the hull has been reinforced, allowing better sublight
performance than most other starships.

The ship has 15 decks of roughly 4 meters each and an ample cantine/bar
called 'Lucky 7' in the starboard forward section of deck 7. Deck 2
has the access to the bridge and deck 1, only available on the ears
of the hull, is taller allowing for extra sensor nodes (emitters
and receivers), while deck 15 houses some cargo space, the ventral
Engineering hull phaser, tractor beam generators and is almost 8m
tall in total. The ample Hangar bay is aft and takes up parts of
decks 4 and 5.
