Lord Adrian of the Pirate Nation

Lord Adrian is a man of incredible charisma and charm, a dangerous combination for a man that has united twelve different Pirate organizations under one banner. Starfleet first met the man known only as Lord Adrian when he petitioned the Federation Council to have the League of Independent Peoples recognized as a foreign government. The League, nothing more than a pirate nation, was never accepted and its capital city on Aragon Theta was destroyed in an "accident."

Lord Adrian's most powerful weapon is his projective empathy. Unknown to perhaps even Adrian himself, he has the ability to project his emotions onto others around him. This makes him a powerful diplomat as his feelings become the listener's the longer he speaks with them. Long term exposure would result in a form of brain washing, where the listener actually came to have the same opinions as Lord Adrian and would follow him faithfully.

Currently Lord Adrian is in command of a number of out of date Federation starships, which were stolen by unknown forces. His flag ship, the SELACANTH, is an old Excelsior Class Cruiser.

All efforts to identify Lord Adrian has been fruitless. Current Starfleet Intelligence investigations into Lord Adrian's true identity have ended in more questions than answers. Working theories up to this point is that Adrian is perhaps a genetically altered human or perhaps even a clone.

"Man in Black, The"

Known at various times as Niccolo and Rometov, among others. Colorful nickname of Dr. Harvey Appleton, believed to have been the architect of the rebirth of Section 31 with the help of the Obsidian Order.

Appleton was last seen on Cestus III.

Mor'dak, Fleetlord

Mor'dak is the leader of what was once the Gorn Hegemony. In command of a sizeable fleet of over 700 warships, he quickly consolidated his power along the Federation and Tholian borders (traditional Hegemony strongholds) before being stopped by Federation forces in Jar'mas and Voira Tundra.

T'Sara Groc (Shipmaster, Gorn Hegemony Cruiser RELENTLESS)

T'Sara Groc of the Gorn Hegemony, formerly Master of Claws, lead a special forces boarding party onto the USS Serapis, resulting in the capture of two Starfleet officers. These officers later escaped and the boarding action was repelled by the crew of the Serapis.

Groc then took command of the Pterodactyl-Class Cruiser Relentless by capturing and executing the ship's former Master. The Relentless, a previously unencountered class of ship, and Ship Master Groc's whereabouts are currently unknown.

Groc is a bloodthirsty killing machine with nothing but hatred for humans, specificlly Lieutenant Colonel Molly Sharpe. The combination of his Special Forces training and his ruthless tatics in battle makes him a creature to be feared.
