RT0604- CINCSF Report
From StarFleet Bureau of Information
Well, over all ASR is going well. A great deal of this is down to the hard work of the ALB crew and the Public Affairs people. I wish I could say it was my fine leadership, but it is due to hard work all of you have put into it. Please pass my thanks on to everyone that helped. When you read the agenda, you will see that the CINC position is up for election. I will not be standing again. As fun as it was, what we all need now is a details person, someone that can take all of the wonderful ideas from the last RT and put them into practice. That isn't me. But I know we can find someone to lead us all into an even stronger ASR for 2006/2007 and that you will all work as hard, if not harder, to help them. One practical way we can do that, is to look at one area that is falling down. That is the support for the admin branches. We have filled some of the vacant admin posts, but SFJAG, SFSCI and DOCA have no one manning the branches and need someone desperately. ALB also needs at least another Personnel Officer, if not more. So, I would like everyone to think hard about what time they can spare and put their hands up for one of these positions. On with the RT. Karen Fainges CINCSF Chair, April 2006 ASR Round Table
