II.	PHYSICAL APPEARANCE

Liam Anelka is a man of slightly above average height and 
thick in terms of muscle mass.  He is, to say the least, 
an intimidating figure- ideally suited to lead the KUSANAGI's 
security contingent.


III.	CHARACTER BACKGROUND
============================
Despite his appearance, Anelka is usually soft-spoken and 
fair.  He is usually well-liked by the members of his division, 
as he never asks them to do anything he wouldn't himself do.  
Given that the KUSANAGI is a new ship, this has yet to be bourne 
out; however, if history repeats itself, Anelka will become very 
popular amongst the crew and the personnel under his command.


IV. MISCELLENEOUS INFORMATION

Anlka currently serves as the Command Master Chief of Starbase SERENITY.
This makes him the highest-ranking non-commissioned officer on the
station, and as such, is the primary liaison between the command staff
and the "lower decks."  He works closely with the station XO, especially
in matters of discipline, assignment- anything work-related.  He would
also be to whom the non-commissioned officers went to with any grievances.
