Solace will be available to respond to any planetary emergency within the Federation, its allies and/or colonies.

A Starfleet officer of rank not lower than Lt Commander shall command Solace. The First officer shall be from Starfleet Medical and of equal rank to the commanding officer. All other staff positions shall be Lieutenant or lower within the officer cadre aboard Solace.

The balance of personnel aboard shall be nurses, medics, medical lab technicians and salvage engineers cross-trained in emergency medicine.

Solace shall bear no arms, neither phasers nor torpedoes, but shall have sufficient security personnel aboard to provide for the safety of the crew while on planetary missions. Shuttles shall be equipped as ambulances, with life support equipment available on all.

Solace shall carry on board a medical surgical hospital sufficient to support up to six hundred casualties, 150 critical beds and outpatient services for lesser injuries. Additional Dental and reconstructive suites will also be on board.

Solace is a brand-new ship, and is currently recruiting crew.
