	The second, and usually final, step in the BuPers process is assignment into the fleet proper. This task is carried out by the Chief of Star Fleet Operations (CSFO), GEN Richard Sharpe, played by [mailto:csfo@alt-starfleet-rpg.org Sean Murphy]. Additionally, the CSFO also has a Chief of Staff, who is responsible for all of BuPers' data, including the maintenance of this directory.
