 Soditt began petitioning the Bolian Ambassador to the UFP for a recommendation to Star Fleet Academy when he was 16, and by the time he turned 19 the request was at long last granted, opening the doors to fulfill his lifelong dream of becoming a Star Fleet officer.

Initially denied, he tried again in a month and this time was approved.
