| This stellar cluser, straddling [[KRIMAXFOR_-_Political_Entites#Gorn|Gorn]] and Federation space, lies about 18 light years 'south-east' of [[KRIMAXFOR_-_Member_Units#DEEP_SPACE_13.C2.A0.28http:.2F.2Falt-starfleet-rpg.org.2Ffleets.2Fgoldfleet.2Fds13.2Findex.htm.29|Deep Space 13]]. A joint [[KRIMAXFOR_-_Political_Entites#Gorn_Confederacy|Gorn Confederacy]]-Federation terraforming project was being undertaken in the Briol system (known also as ML-4986), one of the stars in this cluster, until evidence of [[Preservers|Preserver]] technology was found.
