Ensign Kabreigny is an extraordinary individual, sharp, intelligent and a keen sense of fairness. However, he also exhibits a boldness, argumentative demeanor and lack of discipline at times. This evening he engaged in a heated argument with SCPO Banav over interpretation of Star Fleet Regulations, in front of the entire squad no less. While Joko was correct and Chief Banav was not, I cannot have future officers arguing openly with NCOs. He should have followed the chain of command and brought the issue to me to settle. I’m logging this as an ROD for both Banav and Kabreigny, they both should know better going forward.  

May 2419<br>  

Ensign Kabreigny exhibited great leadership and fortitude today in upholding the Academy’s Honor Code when he alerted his commanding officer that two of his classmates were planning an attempt to cheat on their final exams. It takes great courage to speak up and do the right thing, even when it may feel wrong. It is the decision of myself and the Commandant to place a special commendation in his permanent record for this action along with the presentation of the Star Fleet Achievement Medal. Upon graduation, I hope Joko will take a billet at the Academy and continue to serve with distinction and honor he has demonstrated today.

“Lieutenant Kabreigny’s service to the V’Shar for the past 11 months has been adequate. I recommend he seek the teachings of the Kolinahr masters to improve his focus on logic. His constant tendencies toward emotion are often puzzling to the Vulcan way of life and yet his tenacity and grim persistence in matters have frequently proven triumphant. “Lieutenant Commander Joko Kabreigny is an emigma in many ways! A humorous Vulcan to begin with, and a man who is passionate in the application of Star Fleet regulations, but will never blindly follow orders when faced with an injustice or legal dilemma. He has served exceptionally well on both defense and prosecution teams, often instrumental in securing an acquittal or conviction. The man knows his stuff, knows how to argue a point, but he’s the biggest pain in the ass since his father!”

“While he only served on my Diplomatic team for a short 5 months, Joko was both a huge asset and crucial part of our operation while also the biggest pain in my aft section! Good luck my friend, I wish you well in your next assignment.”

“As of this date, at the recommendation of our CMO, Doctor Selar, and I grant LCDR Kabreigny an extended leave/sabbatical due to the loss of a family member. Never in my 43 years of service have I seen someone collapse internally, especially a Vulcan. Joko is a friend and valued member of my staff, and it is with clear understanding that he will use this time to heal himself and get his ass back to work!”  

SD 341001, Joko also suffers from the rapid and frequent onset of Pon Farr much more often than a normal full Vulcan. To date, no pharmaceuticals or therapies have been able to subvert this condition, however the patient seems fine with that outcome.

The young, freshly minted JTJG immersed himself in the culture of France and his position as an aide to Deputy Commandant Maec S'Tarleya, where his duties were focused on handling the diplomatic functions for the Commandant and Deputy Commandant. Here he discovered his passion for negotiation, mediation, protocol and diplomacy. He seemed to have a flair for bringing peace to conflicts, utilizing his interpersonal talents and helped the senior officers at both official Academy functions and Honor Code hearings.  

February 2435 – Joko’s father, Commodore Jordon Kabreigny is listed as MIA while on a mission to [RESTRICTED O-10 CLEARANCE REQUIRED] {{Detached duty to Section 31 on the new Romulan Colony}}. Joko, having just gotten on the road of recovery after losing Sivon now must start the process over again.
