+Jermaine was born in New Zealand on the planet Earth.
+His father was a successful and popular industrialist of
+European descent. His mother was a successful Federation
+diplomat of mauri heritage. Jermaine grew up travelling on and
+off earth. Sometimes he would travel with his mother when she
+would go on diplomatic missions and sometimes with his father

+Jermaine attended several schools and had several different tutors

+Jermaine has an easy going personality that has a tendency to help
+people lower their guard with him. This is very helpful during counseling
+sessions. He speaks with  Kiwi pronunciation but has trained himself to
+avoid most colloquial slang in favor of international english except during

+make you scratch your head and wonder if your not familiar with the
