Official Mission Synopsis: USS FEYNMAN recently completed a mission escorting Commissioner Corino Thessa to the planet Furjen for final discussions on the planet's application to become a Federation member. While all factors pointed to the planet being an excellent prospect the Commissioner seemed determined to find fault and refuse their application.

During some 'unofficial' investigating by officers of the USS FEYNMAN it was discovered that the Commissioner had links with anti-Federation movements on Furjen and on its closest neighbor, and rival, Manark V. Eventually, Thessa was discovered and arrested.

At this point, USS FEYNMAN was ordered to conduct the Commissioner to Earth to appear before the Council's judicial body. Docking at SB ALPHA the crew has been granted 1 week of shore leave on Earth.
