-BRIAN MANSUR (COMM USS LEXINGTON): Mr. Mansur has been around ASR for a long time, and has found success as both a player and as a command player (XO HOOD) in his time here.  However, while he could easily be nominated for his command work on HOOD, it is his early contributions to LEXINGTON in one of the most difficult billets to play (COMM) that he has truly excelled: he he helped keep the unit alive and moving through a difficult command change with inspired, intriguing posting that always seems to touch on some element of "the human condition."  There is nothing more Trek than that.
