USS MACRONIN Crew Biofiles: Difference between revisions

Born on Cait in 2402, El'frbael was raised mostly by his mother, as his father was an officer in Starfleet.  When he was 5 years old, his mother suffered a lethal stroke, the result of a racial heart disease that affects all Caitians.  He was moved to Earth, where his father retired from Starfleet to raise him.  Hearing stories of adventure in Starfleet, he was determined to join the Acadamy even from a young age.

He began his application process to Starfleet in his 10th year of school at Flagstone College, and failed the entrance exam 2 times before finally being accepted in his Senior year under a delayed recruitment training program.  It was during his senior year he took Academy courses in warp core engineering.  This training, plus his high marks in his entrance exam, allowed him to earn a privileged right to conduct his cadet training in a live environment on a Starship.  Knowing that the refit of the Macronin was nearing completion, and of hearing stories of the previous engineer, he requested, and was granted, the Macronin as his training ship.
