SCENE: Bridge<br>
The bridge seemed quiet with the XO and the Captain gone to meet the new CSciO,
leaving the Conn. to LT. Jenn. Everyone busy with their individual duties. Only the
"electronic" sounds of the workstations could be heard. <nowiki>*Wonder what this new Science
Officer is like... well, at least I'm not the New Kid anymore?*</nowiki>
J.C. was actually enjoying running these various drill simulations, at LT. Koreth's
suggestion. This also allowed him to become familiar with the station. He had trained
many, many hours, but to actually be here. All things considered, working at this
station seemed to come easy to him.
J.C. was in the making notes on a boarding drill for his patrol squads, but stopped
when the incoming subspace toggle went on. J.C. hit acknowledge/receive. It was coded
for the Captain, but he had to notify the Conn. officer first.
"LT. Jenn, I have an incoming subspace message for the Captain. It's Captain Krrick,
USS Saratoga." The LT. spun around, almost a little to hard for the new chair. J.C.
pretended not to notice.
"Very well, Ensign. Notify the Captain.", she slowly swiveled back to normal,
looking slight quizzical at the call. "Allard to Captain Zane.", *Why is my pulse up,
I'm just delivering a message".
"Zane here, what is it Ens.?" J.C. gulped. Zane sounded disturbed. "Sir, I have
Captain Krrick, USS Saratoga on subspace private for you..."

NRPG:
Just a little one to keep going. Andy, here's one of your comrades(?) calling to give
you hell. Hope it doesn't mess anything up. Just keeping those creative wheels going.
