B. Background Summary:
----------------------
Parents were internal ambassadors within the United Federation of Planets, largely
assigned at Vulcan.  It was here that he developed an interest in Anchient Vulcan
Weaponry.

However, the constant moving, along with the isolated culture of the Embassy, left
him a bit of a loner, which conflicted with his outgoing personality.  Because of
this, he has a bit of trouble letting people get close to him.

This of course, made him a good an intelligence operative within Star Fleet
Intelligence.  However, about half-way through an assignment, his identity was
discovered.  He was able to escape, but the intelligence network that he had built
was brought down, and every one of them was killed.  The fact that he doesn't know
why this happened, still haunts him to this day.

actually get close to him.
