Eisenhower ReadMe

Please note, the EISENHOWER-class assault landing ship is an NPC ship
intended to represent the largest vessel for troop deployment in the
Federation inventory.  All use of this class of ship should be approved by
the Fleet Commander of the unit involved in the plotline and
double-checked with Star Fleet Engineering. 

Please do not create any vessels of the class without consulting both SFE
and your fleet commander. Those listed in the registry are in use by
fleets as NPC ships.  Please contact SFE for more information.  Please
consult with those fleet commanders before making any use of these units.
