Introduction
Below is the administrative structure of the Educational, Scientific and Cultural branch, headed by the Secrtary and his assistants.
Secretary, Department of Colonial Affairs
- Currently Vacant
The Secretary of the Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization would be responsible for maintaining the database of civilizations and cultures created by ASR players in RP. He or she would not necessarily have to create such civilizations; he or she would simply post any submitted by other players.
Undersecretary, Department of Colonial Affairs
- Currently Vacant
The undersecretary assists the Secretary with the development of support material and the maintenance of the branch's library database.
