TACFLEET NOTES
This is the only observed heavy cruiser in the Hegemony registry. She represents a significant jump in technology from the ALLOSAURUS-class battleships of 40 years ago. Indeed, the drop in number of observed ALLOSAURUS BB's from the borders in favor of these ships and the newer T-REX BB's seem to spell the end of service for the old battlewagons.
This ship, while powerful by Gorn standards, is not a match in a one-on-one firefight with like-sized Federation starships. The Hegemony are smart enough to recognize this, however, and typically use this ship as the command ship of a larger task force or in groups of three, as per Gorn custom.
