B. Background Summary:
On stardate 4729.4, the starship USS Enterprise conducted a series of experiments on the M-5 multitronic computer. The experiment was a failure, but it still caused a stir in the Klingon empire. In the prospect of an attack by fleets of robotic ships, the Klingons designed their own computer-controlled battlecruiser and equipped it with an artificial intelligence and the knowledge of their greatest warriors.
Klingon Captains however weren't ready to give up their position as defenders of the Empire. During the drills, they attacked the ship with fully powered weapons, forcing it to retreat into a black hole.
The ship was not destroyed, but slingshotted into a distant region known as Enigma Sector, full of time-space anomalies. There, its programmed personality of Emperor Kahless took over. It chose a barren planet as the New Klingon Homeworld and began attacking ships and capturing their crews, which it transported to populate its new homeworld and live by the true Klingon ideals.
Vixen was born on this harsh world. Her parents were killed when she was a child, so she had to survive more or less by herself, in a group of others like her, hoping one day to fight in the Arena, win and be accepted in the space fleet of the god-emperor Kahless.
In 2413, the starship USS Andromeda found an emergency buoy of the USS Cassiopeia, which was attacked by "Kahless" 27 years before. The Andromeda followed the trace and discovered the world.
After a series of adventures planetside and in space, the battlecruiser was reprogrammed to begin building the planet into a democracy. People willing to leave the world got permission to do so. Among them was the orphan Vixen, who had proven herself helpful to the Starfleet personnel. Captain Skree and Counselor Moore decide to adopt her.
Some time later her new parents were transferred to a new, experimental unit, a Federation-Romulan joint strike force. Vixen followed, and over two years made herself useful in various starship positions with an acting rank, mostly at the helm of Starfleet and Romulan spacecraft, under the watchful eye of her adoptive godmother, Captain Alexandra Kirk.
When she decided to enroll in the Starfleet Academy, her experience allowed her to skip most of the first year courses. During her time in the Academy, she did not fare well in theoretical clases, but shone whenever practical thinking was needed.
When the Blue Fleet was formed, her expertise on close cooperation with Romulans was called upon again. By special arrangement, she gets to complete her final year aboard the USS VALHALLA with the rank of Acting Ensign. Being assigned to a Command Cruiser after only two years of active studies at the Academy is somewhat of a record, one that may not be entirely approved by her peers.
He currently serves as CMO on the U.S.S. Valhalla.

Recent Fitness Report
Cadet Moore is in prime condition. After growing up in the harsh, demanding world, she hasn't let the comforts of civilization slacken her, but has kept herself in shape.
Psychological Profile
Despite her human looks, Cadet Moore is in many fashions a model Klingon. She laughs often and knows how to enjoy life, but not to excess. Not regularly anyway.
She protects her honor fiercely when needed, such as on the occasion when a Vulcan cadet expressed the idea of her not being racially equal to pure Klingons and therefore always second class to them.

Current Recreational Interests
When leaving to Academy, Vixen received a puppy dog from a fellow officer. She is currently trying to train the dog, Sergeant Raider, to guard and fight on her side. However, so far the dog seems to have a hopelessly friendly attitude to everyone he meets.
