The Ranger is the first of the second generation Sentinel-class frigates. She has upgraded drive and sensor systems making this large frigate even more capable than her predecessors in class. Currently, The Ranger is forming part of Task Force Horizon, comprised by SB Magellan, the USS Destiny Tactical Group, and several exploration surveyors, of which the USS Ranger is the only role play unit so far. The Ranger is operating as a small unit and is at writing capacity.
