The Tholian Garnet-Class is the Tholian answer to the Federation Runabout. Swiftly carrying crew and urgent supplies through Tholian Space to ships and stations on the border, the Garnet-Class is a regular feature on Federation Long-Range sensors.

There is anecdotal evidence that the Garnet-Class can also serve as a fighter too. These stories (CAUTION: Most are second or third hand with no direct verification by the Federation) would rate the Garnet-Class as having approximately 75% of the performance of an F-36 Spectre Fighter.
